What happens
Counselling consists of a number of planned, regular (usually weekly or fortnightly) sessions lasting for 50 minutes. You control how many sessions you have and what you are looking to explore.
You choose whether you would rather meet online, in person or via the phone. Some sessions may include specific exercises to assist with an issue you are inquiring into.
Step 1
Schedule an introductory call
A 15 minute call to understand your reasons for seeking support.

The informal conversation will include amongst other things, discussing what you are looking for, enquiry as to whether you may be doing anything differently due to how you are feeling, if your thinking has changed & if you are taking any medication.
Step 2
Begin your sessions
Embark on your journey, exploring what matters to you, working together towards positive change.
